3pm Onwards – Guests Arrive
Feel free to attend any time that suits you throughout the afternoon and evening. There’s no ceremony, this is our belated reception!
Wines, nibbles and outdoor games are on all afternoon.
4:45pm – Cake Cutting and Speeches
Gion and Rosie will say a few words, pop some bubbles and cut the cake! Then our besties and fam will say a few cute words
6pm – Dinner Begins
If you’ve got dietary requirements please pop your order in at the food truck before service. Kickflip Pizza will be feeding us throughout the evening. The pizza will be distributed as its cooked, there will be plenty for everyone but it’ll come out gradually, not all at once.
7:30pm – Post Dinner Toasts
Plus open mic time if you’re feeling the aroha and want to share a few words.
8pm – Party Time!
Karaoke Hour will be kicked off by the Bride and Groom, everyone is welcome to sing along
9pm – Kiddos go home, Adults tear up the dancefloor
Live performances from icons Tee Dallas and Bex on Dex
non alc drinks will be supplied alongside a selection of wines, you’re welcome to BYO anything else
SUNDAY LUNCH 12PM AT ESPIRITU’S HOUSE
While everyone is in town we’d love to see you for a chilled meal the next day. Bring some meat for the bbq or a vege option and your togs if you want to come for a river swim.

If you’re driving, please park on the street. Be safe and drive sober! xo
Taxi/Ubers are available in Upper Hutt, you can also pre-book
If you’re taking public transport, the 110 bus will bring you to Gemstone Drive. Use the Metlink Journey Planner if you need a hand x
